Baked Camembert

Ingredients
Camembert, in wooden box
1 garlic clove
1-2 tbsp white dry wine
1 tbsp olive oil
herbs de provence
pepper
Directions
1. Take cheese out of wrapper and place in wooden box. You may also put an aluminum foil under the cheese to avoid burning it.
2. Cut top of cheese off as to form a lid (remove just the white part, not the cheese).
3. Add in garlic, pepper, herbs. Top with olive oil and wine and place lid back on top.
4. Preheat oven at 180C and bake cheese (wooden box must be placed on tray) for about 20 minutes.
5. Take lid off and serve with bread!

Be careful! The cheese will  be extremely hot!
